At Lasani Watch , we aim to get your premium timepiece to your wrist as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Confirmation & Activation

To ensure high-quality service and prevent fake bookings, all orders require a Rs. 200 Security Deposit.

  • Once you place your order, our team will contact you via Call or WhatsApp.

  • Your order will be officially Activated and queued for packing as soon as the deposit is received.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer FREE Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan on all confirmed orders.

  • The Rs. 200 deposit you pay upfront is deducted from your total bill—you only pay the remaining balance at your doorstep.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery: * Major Cities: 2–3 working days.

    • Other Areas: 3–5 working days.

  • You will receive a Tracking ID via WhatsApp/SMS once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner.

4. Inspection Policy

As per courier company rules in Pakistan, parcels cannot be opened before payment to the rider. however, we provide a 7-Day Replacement Warranty if the product you receive does not match our description or has a functional defect.
