Return & Replacement Policy

We take pride in the quality of our timepieces. If your order isn't right, we are here to help.

1. 7-Day Replacement Warranty

We offer a 7-Day Replacement Warranty if:

  • The watch arrives damaged or defective

  • The watch you received is different from what you ordered.

  • The product does not match the description or photos on our website.

2. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, the watch must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn and unused, with all original tags and protective plastic films intact.

  • In its original packaging (box and papers).

3. The Rs. 200 Deposit & Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: If you cancel your order before we ship it, your Rs. 200 deposit is 100% refundable.

  • After Dispatch: If you refuse the parcel at the doorstep for no valid reason, the Rs. 200 deposit is non-refundable as it covers the courier's return shipping charges.

4. How to Start a Return

If you face any issues, simply contact us on WhatsApp at 03267690615 with:

  1. Your Order ID.

  2. A short video or photo showing the defect or the wrong item. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a solution for you immediately.

5. Refunds

We currently offer replacements or store credit only. Cash refunds are only issued in the rare case that we cannot provide a replacement for a defective item.
