Delivery Timeframe

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–5 business days

Shipping Charges

Flat shipping rate: PKR 300 per order
Free Shipping on orders above PKR 6000

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. COD orders may take 1 extra business day to process.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Items must have all original tags attached

Refund Process

Exchange: We will send a replacement item within 5–7 business days
Refund: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve it immediately at no extra cost.
